1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and oce69 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the oce69.win website and all related services, including the mobile app, online games, financial transactions, and membership program.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply using any part of the oce69 platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the oce69 platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately, and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with established procedures.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the oce69 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other information — are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and a freeze on all funds without prior notice.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as it appears on your identification document, an active mobile number, a valid email address, and your correct date of birth. oce69 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, and failure to comply may result in account restrictions or closure.

2.4 KYC Verification Process

To ensure the safety of all members and comply with industry regulatory requirements, oce69 conducts a comprehensive identity verification process. Required documents may include a MyKad or passport, a recent bank statement, and proof of residential address. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

3.1 Deposit Methods

Oce69 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, direct bank transfer, and bank cards. The minimum deposit is RM10 and the daily maximum deposit depends on your account tier. All deposits are processed in real time or within 30 minutes subject to bank processing systems.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawal requests submitted before 3:00 PM on business days will be processed the same day. Requests submitted after that time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. oce69 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.

3.3 Withdrawals to Own Account Only

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by oce69 are subject to specified wagering requirements. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type — typically between 25x and 40x the bonus value. Bonuses may only be redeemed once the wagering requirement has been fully met within the designated time period, which is generally between 7 and 30 days depending on the promotion type.

4.2 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the oce69 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, intentional low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or account collusion to exploit promotions — is strictly prohibited. oce69 uses advanced detection systems to identify such patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins without notice.

4.3 Promotion Changes

Oce69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been redeemed or are currently in the process of fulfilling valid wagering requirements.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Fairness and RNG

All games on the oce69 platform use independently audited, certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including oce69 itself. Audit certificates are available for review upon member request.

5.2 Prohibition of Automation Software

5.3 Technical Failure

6. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oce69 account password and login credentials. oce69 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, please contact the oce69 support team immediately.

Oce69 encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to their account. This feature is available in account security settings and is strongly recommended, especially for members who maintain a large balance in their account.

7. Account Closure and Restrictions

Oce69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity or money laundering, provided false information during registration, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to oce69 or other members.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, oce69 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including cash and bonuses. Members whose accounts are closed for violations are not permitted to re-register using different information.

8. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Oce69 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all our members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. 9. Limitation of Liability

Oce69's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim. This limit does not apply to claims arising from fraud or gross negligence on the part of oce69.

10. Amendment of Terms

Oce69 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the oce69 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
